Day 1 of new training. Had the kids in the stroller. Was supposed to be an easy run at 12:35, but it was hot and the Adam was fussing about going to the park we passed on the way, so I found myself running faster.

    It's Smart Coach from Runner's World. I like how specific it is. I need to be told to run something at 11:45 pace vs. "easy pace" or "conversational pace". I also like that it tells me exactly how to do my speed work and tempo paces. And it's free.
