    Ran with Ava. Slow, but glad I talked myself into getting out there. Forgot to stop my watch when I stopped to talk to my neighbor, so time is an estimate based on my pace.

      It's tough to get back into a routine! It's probably a good idea to just ditch the watch or phone and try to remember why you love running rather than feeling any pressure on pace or distance. Good job!

    Abe wanted to do 3 miles. First 3 mile for me in a while and you could tell. But, we did it. Still having tightness in right upper thigh. Hoping to get some speed and endurance back.

    Needed to keep the kids busy and get this body moving, so I took whatever class was available at the gym. Water aerobics with a senior population was it. Not a killer class, but it did the trick.

      Once we added the weight thingies, it was a good arm workout. I will have to try the harder water class.

    Decided to do a short workout with Abe at the gym after dinner. 10 minutes on stair machine and 10 on arc. Burned almost 200 calories in that 20 minutes! Took the kids swimming after that.

    Wasn't feeling the treadmill today, so did 10 minutes on treadmill, stair climber, arc trainer and bike. I worked up a sweat!
