    I don't know how far we biked this time, but we did a TON of trails at Mines Falls and did an hour and 15 minutes. Isabella was a bit tired at the end, but it was fun!

      I hope you are feeling okay! That's why I didn't do more last night...I've been feeling so great after runs (knock on wood!) and I don't want to push it! I figured I will do a week at 2 3/4 miles and next week I'll do 3, so hopefully by then (after 3 runs at 2 3/4 miles) my body will be ready for more without any issues. Rest up!!

      I'm doing better today. I really thing the treadmill is easier than the track/ground for me so I wanted to "master" the treadmill at 3.1 before moving on to the track. I'm going back down to 2 and working my way up from there so come race day I'm hoping to be good to go on the ground.

      Haha!! you're on...next week (or possibly Sunday). That's just 2 more laps around the track...no problem! The thought actually crossed my mind to do at least one more lap around today, to slowly add more distance, but I figured I would do that next week.
