      It's the plantar fasciitis, and fairly serious tightness in the Achilles' tendon. It's okay, I have stretches and exercises, it's just that it hurts like a b*tch in the meantime.

      But I can tell my calves/ankles are getting stronger, strangely enough, because I can wear pumps and walk along a city street without stumbling every few feet. I know, it's stupid, but when I'm going to be in front of business folks it is nice to be able to wear a slight pump. Anyway...
