Guess a mile is better than nothing. Started to get dark and the bottom of my foot has really been bothering me since I did a half on Saturday.

Any movement is good! Hope the foot isn't serious. Have you tried rolling it on a frozen gatorade bottle?

No, but I am going to put a water bottle in the freezer now. It is weird because when I have heels on it does not hurt, even though it is more at the side (the pain).
