      Perhaps rather than cutting the program's short adding an extra training day in might help? Specifically I know that the C25k uses 3 days per week so towards the end perhaps add an extra day to work through it faster? Then do the same for the others?

    W2D2 Didnt want to run today but went out anyway. It ended up being a great run. I felt fast. I noticed I was feeling a little tight in my right calf when I ended my run.

      yeah if you can get on a foam roller, that is great! Otherwise, warm up a little and then stretch them before you do more miles, that helps for me.
