    92 degrees but it felt hotter..I had a headache and did not want to run at all. I'm still getting over this cold I caught from my son. But at least I did it.

    I felt good this time. The garmin I normally use wasn't charged so I just mapped a run out and went. It was nice running in my new shoes. It was around 93 out.

      wow. it was really hot out, great job! which garmin do you use, if you don't mind me asking? I don't have one yet and probably won't be getting one until Christmas.... maybe......hopefully :)

      We bought one off of our friend, its just a garmin foreflex 201. It just keeps track of speed, distance, pace, and time. My dad uses the forerunner 305 and that one is awesome though.

    It was 74 degrees with 77% humidity so after the heat of florida this was refreshing! I never run with anyone else, but running with my dad was a lot of fun.

    I was borrowing my sister shoes (Im on vacation and mine got left at home) I hated the shoes, forgot water, didnt know exactly where I was at. It was not a very enjoyable run.

    I have never run on a cross country track, only pavement, so I am happy with my time considering I was concentrating the whole time on not tripping over roots.

      wow - great pace considering it was a trail run! imagine when you do go back on pavement, it will just get even better.

      thanks- I was ok with that time. I originally wanted a faster pace but when I realized it wasnt paved I revised my goal to not tripping lol.
