Did an actual swim workout given to me by one of the guys at the gym for our 20m pool. WOW that was hard: Here goes 600m warm up, 4x80, 5x40, 8x40, 2x160pull, 6x20pull, 2x80 kick w/fins, 4x20 kick sprint w/o fins, 160 cool down. I was supposed to do the pulls and kicks another time, but ran out "pool time". That was super hard!
