Now that I have the past few weeks out of my system, I am now going to try to behave with proper miles and rest. I had a rough weekend (trouble with recovery) and I realize I had been overdoing it the past few weeks so, in order to stay on the road, I'm going to adhere to the plan and sound strategies.

With that, yesterday's rest REALLY helped so much because today's workout was kind of awesome. :) I decided to give myself the first few miles to warm up and make my legs happy. I was just going to go for the "race the middle" strategy from swimming but once I got into the LT groove, I just kept at it. I'm pleasedsauce with this. 67° 59dp 76%h
