"One good thing about music; when it hits, you feel no pain so hit me with music..." Dearest Bob Marley helped me hit one of my speedier outdoors miles in a while. He had reinforcements from Blondie and The Pretenders. All great stuff for this somewhat jacked up tempo run. Splits are abysmally beyond uneven but I'll keep working on making it better.
By the way, I know every lyric to Blondie's "Rapture," Violent Femmes' "Blister in the Sun" and R.E.M's "It's the End of the World..." No wonder this tempo was good with tunes like that and distracting my puppy brain with singing along. Cool down with Fleetwood Mac's "Sara." I <3 that song. Heh, I think I just made a huge dent in Erin's mix tape. :)
69* 59dp 68%h Not a perfect run but pretty darn good, all things considered. Also, HR wasn't completely out of control.
The splits. Really, Mile 3, really? :/
