I'm really happy with this run. I felt very focused and the pace was far more even than I've been able to manage for a long time. I really enjoyed paying attention to how I was feeling at any given point and then making corrections to feel better. Best run in a while...a long while. 74* 71p 91%

All 90s indie pop w/my Unrest station: lots of the Sea and Cake but I'll go with Sonic Youth's "Incinerate" since Thurston Moore's b-day was the other day and that's a handy running tune!
