Hey Elaina,
I'm still running and doing Insanity too. Just not training for anything long distance currently. Still trying to maintain 20-25 miles per week and run 5 days a week. I want to enter a few more races here in San Antonio before we move in July. Then once we get settled in PA, I will start training for fall races. My husband and I are going to run the Army 10 Miler this fall Looking forward to that one!
