W7D2 #c25k I got a little behind last week due to all the muscle work/kickboxing workouts I've been doing. W7D1 was a disaster, this was quite the opposite. I only had two short 1-minute walking breaks during the entire 25-minute running section. That, for me, is quite amazing. WOOT! Worms everywhere. SQUISH!
