      I've decided Barb needs to do any sort of pushups or planks at the beginning. At the end I'm too sweaty to hold myself w/o slipping. :)

    SO COLD. Set out for a walk/run/bike with family, but wowza. 10 degree windchill. BRRR. Made it a mile and we are done. ;)

    #lissadaily I plan on making this a quick, every-day workout! 50 jumping jacks, 5 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 mountain climbers, 30-second plank, 7 burpees. REPEAT.
