    Met up w/Nora, we only had time to go 4 miles instead of the 6 we had planned. I had a hard time catching my breath (elevation maybe??), we walked the whole time so we could catch up - it's been 3 years! I am loving Colorado!

      i find it more difficult to catch my breath when i'm talking, maybe that was part of it too. but its always more pleasent when you can chat to pass the time.

    My first outdoor excursion since last fall!!! It's finally above freezing! Drizzly and gloomy, but it was GREAT! Just me, my music, and my own two feet. SO MUCH BETTER! Run/walked the 2.5-3 miles around my hilly development!
