great Middlesex Greenway o/b 9.02 mi 01:21 09:01 pace

I ran the whole length of the paved part of the Middlesex Greenway plus a little more starting in Metuchen and turning back at the Garden State Parkway at the Driscoll Bridge. I had no idea that the Greenway went over the GSP and I was actually a little scared standing on the OLD (not active) train tracks looking down at all the cars speeding by. I felt great the whole time and am finally feeling great about training for NJM! I hope my training partner Michael A. feels better and gets this run in!

    Sounds so cool, and great work! Wish I had time to explore Monmouth and Middlesex a bit more for running routes. I am in Little Silver for a day or so each weekend, but we are usually too busy for me to travel around for a run.
