      Thanks everyone! I'm not going to start Run Less Run Faster right now. I'm just going to incorporate 1 speed workout a week because it's too hard to run fast so often with the lack of sleep I get these days. I think you all should check out the book because it sounds like it really works if you have the stamina for it. @Rich - I do see the scenery when I run because iFitLive is powered by Google Maps. I just borrow other people's maps and run it and enjoy the scenery!

      I agree, Melinda! Less than a month ago I was on the elliptical due to some calf pain. Now, I'm running faster than I did before I injured myself. The body IS amazing! What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
