    Treadmill run because it's been raining all day. I'm running with a torn up knee because I fell on the asphalt for the 4th time in 2 years. Argh.

    Awful, hot long run. Mike A and I ran the first 6 without stopping and then had to rest or walk 3 times during the second 6 miles. It was 88 when we started and maybe 91 when we finished.

    It feels so good to be running again after being sick for 3 weeks. I did T25 most days but it's not the same. Running on the treadmill never felt so good!

    I'm back in NJ. I was in Hawaii for a week but because I was sick I only got to run a couple of miles. So sad to be sick in Hawaii even if it was for work. Now I'm sick in NJ.

    It's pitch black out at 6AM Hawaii time so I'm on the gym Treadmill. Can't wait to run outside! I'm here for work otherwise I'd wait until the sun rise!
