    Watched every step along the way. No trips, no falls...no one trying to call an ambulance today :)

    Tripped and fell over some railroad tracks, and that pretty much ended the fun. Rail hurts like hell when you whack your knee caps on it.

    The hills are turning beautiful and green. 70 deg with a cool breeze. Felt heavenly.

    The pace is slow (my fault), but three pretty good mileage days in a row for Kai and I. Trying to get back consistent for upcoming races :)
