      Oh no, feel better soon! Is your piriformis tight? I roll mine out aggressively when I'm putting in lots of climbing/descending as they tend to lock up from all of the vert.

    Hit the trails around Hi Mountain Rd w/ Scott, Tera and Kai. The view from the Condor Lookout Tower was spectacular; the climb to get there equally so.

    Climbed Cerro San Luis and then down to Laguna Lake, a loop around Irish Hills and home via the Bob Jones bike path/Higuera Rd. And that being taxed 29% deal? Take it. I'm so happy here!
