      Thanks Fegrig! I *trying* to lose a couple pounds before my marathon but it's so tough when you need to eat some extra calories before a long run! I learned a lesson today!

      Melanie lose a few pounds? from your profile pic there's not much excess there. You hit in on the head give your body the fuel it needs, you can't run the car without petrol, look after yourself.
