Total guess on time, I didn't take my watch out with me. Just a quick 2 miles, which I meant to do yesterday before I declared it an impromptu rest day seeing how I COULDN'T MOVE after Pu... read more

I'm tellin' ya - that lunge track on BP 74....killer. You will like the new one although shoulder track is about as much of a killer as lunge track is in the previous one.

I've been missing out on Pump lately because I typically go to the noon class and in this new position at work, things seem to really pick up around that time. I decided to try a morning class... read more

Good to see you this morning. What a surprise! That release is particularly hard, especially the lunge track. Hope to see you later this week. There is a pump launch tomorrow night and then Wednesday morning (I'm going to the Wed am one at 10). Come check out an RPM class I teach for the launch. Lots of prizes and fun. Tonight 6pm, Tuesday 6 am, Thursday 9:30 am.

Erica, I know. It was nice seeing you at Pump today. I had to skip stretching and book it out of there to get back to work, but I hope you saw me wave goodbye! I'm going to try to get back into long(er) runs on the weekends around family event/holidays schedules so hopefully we can get together for one of those at some point!

Definitely! And I have an idea re: a potential half. We will have to talk :-) Good to see you, and hope to see you later this week! Am going to pump 10 am Wed launch...and RPM launch tonight, tomorrow or Thursday. It's 45 minutes - a good way to try it out again.

Last week was a slacker week. Feels good to get back in the swing, and I even quite enjoyed running in the rain this morning.

Cool. So much for the dog days of summer. I wouldn't mind a little sprinkle. It's supposed to be 96 or something here today. Have a great week. Nice run, BTW.

Thanks girls, despite it being tiring (only because I knowingly didn't eat well beforehand), I was just happy to be doing more than 2 miles with no pain. I'm coming back, slowly but surely.

Another guess on time. Could've been a little faster. At this rate, knowing I'm just doing my short 2 mile loop, I'm not bothering taking my watch out with me.

  9. RUN

Total guess on time as I went out watchless, but it's my average time for this loop.

Nice relaxed run this morning. And isn't it weird that after a while you know how far you've run because you know your running pace so well?

Don't get me wrong Joe, I'd LOVE to have a Garmin. Maybe I'll luck out at Christmas this year. Joseph, yes exactly. And with my gimpy knee this is all the running I've been doing for a while now. I could probably do it with one leg tied behind my back... or something.
