I'm tellin' ya - that lunge track on BP 74....killer. You will like the new one although shoulder track is about as much of a killer as lunge track is in the previous one.

Yes, Karen. And yes, we used the ball quite a bit. I really liked her. It's funny, I did Pilates that day because that was my stretch & strengthen day, not realizing what a workout it would be! It was great though, and so far going earlier seems to be working, so I may be a regular at her class! I need to get back into Friday Flow though, because I love that and Susan too!

I love friday Flow, too, although won't be there tomorrow. The new Flow is great. I'll be there Monday, though, so if you want me to set up for you for pump, text me. I get there early because I teach that express RPM class at 9 am - you should come :-)

Good to see you this morning. What a surprise! That release is particularly hard, especially the lunge track. Hope to see you later this week. There is a pump launch tomorrow night and then Wednesday morning (I'm going to the Wed am one at 10). Come check out an RPM class I teach for the launch. Lots of prizes and fun. Tonight 6pm, Tuesday 6 am, Thursday 9:30 am.

Erica, I know. It was nice seeing you at Pump today. I had to skip stretching and book it out of there to get back to work, but I hope you saw me wave goodbye! I'm going to try to get back into long(er) runs on the weekends around family event/holidays schedules so hopefully we can get together for one of those at some point!

Thanks girls, despite it being tiring (only because I knowingly didn't eat well beforehand), I was just happy to be doing more than 2 miles with no pain. I'm coming back, slowly but surely.

That is great! Hope you can come to RPM sometime! I won't be there Monday morning but will be next Thursday morning. Yes, schedules are crazy with all the new after school activities, etc. Message me with some dates that might work and we will figure something out...or if you guy have a free weekend night sometime maybe we can get our families together. Would love to have you all over here to BBQ or something soon. Going to flow today? I'm going to try if I get out of the kids' school in time!

Don't get me wrong Joe, I'd LOVE to have a Garmin. Maybe I'll luck out at Christmas this year. Joseph, yes exactly. And with my gimpy knee this is all the running I've been doing for a while now. I could probably do it with one leg tied behind my back... or something.

Ah, you went? At noon? My days of going to Julianna's evening class are over as we have soccer. I want to go to body pump! I feel like a weakling after everything that happened this weekend. Maybe I'll figure out a way to slip in a class tomorrow if I can spare the time away from work. BTW, I went to a BodyFlow class last week and LOVED it. Totally going back. Are you going this week?
