      Mel - TMI no such thing. Women have to deal with this stuff every month.Those are days I try to do very light running or a not so intense fitness video. Great run despite the discomfort - you rock!!

      Thanks Gozling. I will investigate a Chinese herbalist. The pain only one day a month when I run, so it's something easily manageable. But I while running I did come to a dead stop a couple stops when the pain hit. I've never wanted kids so this entire process has been a waste! Hee!

      Mel that is the problem I have. I live in an apartment; it's not small but it's on the third floor! So Insanity is not an easy thing for me to do without having the downstairs neighbors want to strangle me or trip me down the stairs!! LOL! I think that's why I like Bob Harper's videos; there is very little bouncing up and down and very little equipment (weights - dumb bells)
