      That's interesting and brings a question to mind. I've read warnings on some of the Yoga DVD's I do and it says not to do the inverted poses if on our period. Is that something you have heard before? Either way, excellent session Mel! I really need to do some Yoga; this challenge is kicking my ass.

      How did you do that Mel? I can't function in humidity. I live in Las Cruces our humidity level is nil. :-) Great session by the way. It's awesome how consistent you are!

      Just wondering if someone put it there as an act of kindness to stop it getting ate or run over and so the owner can find it and say their last goodbye rather than a Sicko putting it there?? Just a thought. Well done though Mel.
