      Oh no! Sorry about the ankle but good job cross-training. What's the diagnosis? And yes, you absolutely will run again.

      I don't diagnose because my doctor ran away and I haven't gone to the new people yet bc I am resistant to change. It's either sprained or broken, but we'll go with sprained. I'm headed to the beach tomorrow and all i wanted to do was run on the beach but sadly that is not to be. Oh well. There's always next year!!!
