      I'm sorry to hear about your rough week. I totally get the needing some 'you' time in a house with a toddler. I hope this next week proves to be better. Running certainly helped today with this stupid time change and no nap for the babe.

      Excellent, I will be there too for my first half marathon. Too bad we do not leave close enough to train together, I am in the west island and doing it all by myself too. Although I have an online coach to keep me motivated...

      It's awful and boring sometimes but it's so so so convenient, beats having to head to the gym and you can watch TV, do intervals, hills, and even just walk on it when tv watching to keep moving. So happy for you!

      mine is awesomeeee and it folds up
      Tempo treadmill, i'm not sure what model it is but it was not super pricey and it's foldable and quite sturdy. 10% incline, up to 10mph and lots of different workout options.

      mine is the 620T I think. So it's none of the ones they have but either way the one there is probably an updated version. My suggestion is if you can go to the store so you can walk/run on it. I went to the store and jumped on it to see how sturdy it was. It's not the quietest thing in the world (I'm also not the lightest feather in the bunch) but still it works well for me!
