Day 22 no running: Since I blew off my long fasted state spin yesterday morning, I opted for a shorter fasted state spin today. There was a river of sweat! :) Looking forward to going to church and breakfast out with my son today. Our women folk and his first born are in NC visiting my daughter and her little princess. Have blessed Sunday DM friends!
