Day 22 no running: Since I blew off my long fasted state spin yesterday morning, I opted for a shorter fasted state spin today. There was a river of sweat! :) Looking forward to going to church and breakfast out with my son today. Our women folk and his first born are in NC visiting my daughter and her little princess.
