Day 21 no running: Just getting around to posting my early morning workouts. My plan called for a 2.5 hour ride in a fasted state. Wasn't feeling it. Decided on a 1 hour warm up for weights. Did not eat breakfast before or use fuel during the ride or weights. Will get in the other 1.5 hours later.
