    Terrible. Couldn't even run 50 yds without really bad knee pain. I think it's ITB syndrome:(

      Went to the ortho and it turns out that my left quad is still atrophied from the surgery, causing tendon pain . I thought I had strengthened it enough, but not so:(
      So it's back to the strength workouts fro the next few months. And if I do the tri this weekend I will have to walk.
