RUN

First time back on the trails since knee surgery 7 months ago. Not great pain-wise and pretty slow, but other than that it was a decent run.

Dislike. Where was the pain, on the side of your knee?

Went to the ortho and it turns out that my left quad is still atrophied from the surgery, causing tendon pain . I thought I had strengthened it enough, but not so:(
So it's back to the strength workouts fro the next few months. And if I do the tri this weekend I will have to walk.
