    First time running the entire loop in the Vibram five fingers - hell, yes! Felt good enough to sprint the last quarter mile. Additional 2.2 mile walk to the park & back.

  6. Yesterday I signed up for my first 5K race- the Run4Kiva race on August 29.

    Cramped after the first 1.25 miles, walked for a bit, then ran enough to complete 2.5 miles. Walked there & back for around 5.5 miles total. Not a great run but happy I made it as far as I did.

    Walked to the Park and ran 3 miles of the loop then walked home, for a total of around 5.5 miles. The most I've run in my fivefingers and it felt great!
