      I was curious when I read the team E-mail - what exactly IS an Indian run?

      an Indian run is when a group jogs single file, and the last person in line sprints to the front. each person ends up sprinting 8-10 times but there's plenty of recovery. and we all get to cheer each other on :)

      Good! Not running as much as I should because of school and the summer heat, but I just signed up for a 3-race series that starts on July 4, so now I have something to train for :-) How's NYC?

      I know what you mean - the days get away from you and suddenly it has been a week since your last run! things are good here - just getting in the swing of marathon 2011 training! chuck and I signed up for the lottery for the London marathon and I'm scared we're going to get in :) good luck with your races!
