    Pretty good run. Almost didnt get out the door. The 2 yr old fell out of his bed and woke me up at a weird time. Glaxo got it done. So humid but a cool breeze at the end helped. Happy Tuesday!

      My cousin was having issues in December. I'd say to check your electrolytes, but you drink Nuun. I hope the next run is better.

    Made my own speed/ hill workout today. It was fun and hard. I have decided not to let the hills intimidate me. I also hope to PR ZOOMA Annapolis so it's time I put in the work.

      I found out that when I slow up and "tip-toe" up the hill, I feel a whole lot better making it to the top. AND give my calves a great work-out! Great run Meghan! :)
