Got to run with my new Garmin Forerunner 10 that I got for Christmas. Love it! Knowing that it was tracking my splits really made me keep the tempo up for a great 6 mile run

The snow from yesterday mostly melted thanks to the rain, so I got out for four miles today. Did some speed intervals between telephone poles which felt great

great Longer Run 6 mi
Felt great to get a few more miles in than I have been. Took a nice hilly route, which was awesome. Excited to start some speedier workouts for distance!
