    I ran down to the gym, used the elliptical to sweat out 400 calories, lifted a bit, then ran home! Time for some and while dinner is cooking. Good workout day! (Biggest Loser motivation)

      Ya. They exercise for hours a day... As I sit on my couch watching them, I can't help but feel guilty!
      I then wonder why I'm not losing nine pounds a week, then I remember I'm on the couch :)
