only had a short time to fit in a workout today so went to the quick lipty and got a couple miles in. Needed to shower and get to the airport to pick someone up. Now that I'm ready to go flight is delayed.... Could have used the extra time earlier but I'll take the coffee instead:)
insanity starts this evening/am when I kick everyone out of be to drive out to Chicago! Hope I make it:) have a great weekend all and good luck to those racing!!
