wanted to try to get some strength in after my intervals.
3 sets of:
25 situps with 10lb ball
60s Plank
25 roman situps with 10lb ball
60s Side plank
25 crunches on 45deg angle
60s side crunch
Wanted to do 4th set but needed to get kids and well I can't say I was too upset to stop:)

Thanks, I totally neglected strength in the beginning of the year so trying to make up for it. Trying to see if I can get the flat stomach back after kids:)
