      Thanks guys, I think these are hard cause you can't get lost in music or distractions because you fidget the pace the whole time. Treadmills are just cruel, outside is where it's at!

      Sorry to go off topic but I'm glad to see any post from you. You've been missed! I'm not knowledgeable with bikes for Ironman's and tri's but when I thought of doing one and looked into it they are friggin' expensive. A good basic bike was $2K!! You may want to look into a good used one.

      Most bike shops carry used bikes as well, go talk to your local shop and see what you like then maybe shop around for brand/model. :)
