      @ Jill. I'm thinking about it. I'm signed up for Pittsburgh on August 4th. I'm honestly just worried if my body could hand the two races so close together. I think i'll end up signing up though and see how it goes. Are you?

    Ran about 3 miles at a nice pace down by the marina, then did 1 mile of 1 minute sprints with 30 seconds rest.

    Swam 40 laps. Mosty just easy. Sprinted a few 50s at the end and got down to 35 seconds! Feels great to be back in the pool
