    Why is it harder to run outside, and keep it going, then it is on the treadmill??

      I feel the opposite!! But I think that's because I feel like hamster. I have read, though, that it's because the belt propells you forward and you don't have to push off as much. I have also read that you should try the tredmill with an incline of 1 or 2 to mimic running outdoors :)
