To sub 1:40:00 half marathon current PR time earned Dec. 2012is 1:44:30 Previous time 1:48:11 earned Nov. 2012. To stay healthy and strong.

5k: 19'05"..10k: 43'12"..Half: 1:32'01"...Full: 3:44'52" 50k: TBA

As of right now next on the list is Chicago Marathon. May add something before then
Keep the fun in the run this year last year will be hard to top but this year will have some great things
