      That's definitely a pounding in other ways! Good for you. I've always wanted to try that or the P90X, simply because most people tell me I'll never get through it the first time. All that negativity will only force me to prove them wrong!

      Sorry your shins are bothering you. It's great that you can find an alternative to running on days when your shins won't hear of it.

      I would try checking Craig's List, maybe....for the bike. I'm sorry you are having problems with your legs. That stinks. Since you previously had a stress fracture, I wouldn't play around with trying to treat it yourself to prevent further damage. Maybe you should have it checked out. I hope you feel better very soon:(
