Woke up to rain and lightning this morning so no run which meant I got to do it after work and bible study-turned out to be a way better deal! Perfect temps and a great summer evening. Plan was 20 min warm-up followed by 40 mins at 10 sec/mile faster than marathon pace, 10 min cool down. Felt great to have a focus and get a good run in.
