Interesting little run after my bike - just needed 20 mins to teach the legs how to transition. Legs felt kind of heavy coming off the bike but my pace was much quicker than it seemed. Did get hit with a sharp side ache and some slight tummy trouble but that was my own fault. Just focused on pushing forward and trying to relax.
