    Hate lunges but having someone else tell you to do them is always better - after the abs and this session I had worked up a little sweat, thanks Nike! One of the best free apps out there for sure.

    Just 3 easy miles between 9:45-10:10 pace (varying pace to keep the TM bearable). Sped up progressively and finished solid. Did 1/2 mile of uphill walking to finish up. Great start to the week.
