great Nike Training Club - Lean Legs 00:15:00

Hate lunges but having someone else tell you to do them is always better - after the abs and this session I had worked up a little sweat, thanks Nike! One of the best free apps out there for sure.

    good Monday Miles 3.5 mi

Just 3 easy miles between 9:45-10:10 pace (varying pace to keep the TM bearable). Sped up progressively and finished solid. Did 1/2 mile of uphill walking to finish up. Great start to the week.

Holy sweat. only an 85 degree class but I was workin' and drippin'! Felt great, loved all the down dogs and warrior poses. Felt this one in my legs and back the next day.

    EFX 1.25 mi 00:15:00 12:00 pace

For whatever reason I can't make it on the stationary bikes as long as I want before my hamstring/hip gets cranky so I hopped over to the EFX to make sure I got some solid time in.
