Since it was SO nice outside, Sarah and I met up for a few miles around the neighborhood. Ran 1.5 and then walked for about .75 back to Sarah's. Then I ran most of the way back home (about another mile) and walked the final quarter mile to warm down.
On the way back, I tried to focus on running quiet, picking up my feet a little more and keeping my arms moving straight back and forward. I was amazed at how much more efficient I am when using natural form. My pace dropped all the way down into the 10s. Felt great. Hope this cool weather sticks around!
