I can remember running at the Westerville Athletic Club. I think their indoor track was something like 16 times around is one mile. Borrring! You're doing a great job. Keep hanging in their.

But your pace seems great! Walking always throws a wrench in the works. It'll be better next time.

I know- I wish I could slow down and run more, but my body doesn't seem to work that way :( How's your training going?

Mine's been a bit spotty the last few weeks... same story, too busy. But I enjoyed my first race and am doing another in December. You should come! Dec. 5, Jingle Bell Run. It's not too expensive.

didn't have much time, so went for a short run.

  6. RUN
    good 4.36 mi 00:45 10:19 pace

trying to increase time by walking and running. Pleasantly surprised that I finally surpassed 4 miles (even though I had to walk for 10 minutes of it).

  7. FIT
    alright Trainer at gym

WOw- kicked my butt. Perhaps not a bad idea though to get me back nin a groove.

  8. RUN
    alright 2.99 mi 00:40 13:21 pace

tried to build myself back up by doing a run/walk. I seem to be at a 5k plateau though.

  9. RUN
    blah 1.85 mi 00:23 12:26 pace

ughh... had a rough week last week and now feeling really behind. I need to get back in the swing of things but am having trouble motivating.

  10. RUN
    alright 1.5 mi 00:17 11:20 pace

I need to find more time in the day if I'm going to make it through this half marathon. Knew I didn't have much time, so I tried to pick up the pace for a short run.

  11. RUN
    good 2.74 mi 00:32 11:41 pace

Thought I made it closer to 3 miles, but felt pretty good. I think i like running in the cold.

  12. FIT
    good 00:40

used a workout video... not the greatest, but it was something.

  13. RUN
    good 2.63 mi 00:30 11:24 pace

Felt pretty good. Was nervous my knee wouldn't hold up but it didn't bother me at all. 30 minutes is starting to feel comfortable- woo hoo. I guess now it's time to increase distance/time.

  14. FIT
    good Aerobics 02:00

Tried some aerobics and strength/conditioning today. Felt good to try something a little different.

  15. RUN
    good 2.92 mi 00:37 12:41 pace

walked for a few minutes midway into the run which was frustrating, but it was a little easier to get moving again. Left knee has been bothering me today. Hopefully it will get better soon.
