Pretty good; not excellent. The last 1 mile 150ft. elevation hill KILLED me! Otherwise, I was pretty happy with the time in terms of my 1 hour goal for my 10k next month. It got dark to quickly and I had to alter my route to head home.


Nice run. Glad you're getting close to your goal.
