Today's WOD was killer.
5 rounds for time (20minute time limit)
40 double unders or 200 singles
30 box jumps
20 kettle bell swings

Not many people in the group finished under 20. I was in heat 3, and was determined to not have the clock run out on me. I did it! 19:52
