    alright 4 miler ontop of the hill 4.01 mi 00:32 08:01 pace

    First day of half marathon training, wishing this felt easier and was faster. I've got a lot of improvement to make in the next 12 weeks!

    Gave it my all in the wind and the rain. Hips ended up feeling the brunt of the pain, came out of it uninjured which was goal #1.
