I thought of giving my legs some real workout so I conquered one of the hills in our neighborhood. It was a 1.5 mile of steady hill with an elevation gain of a little over 1,000 ft. It was windy and a tad chilly. I was slow but I'm glad I did it. Whew!


Way to go! Gotta love those hill workouts!
