10min AMRAP warm-up:
200m run
10 ARM circles (10 small forward and backward, 10 big forward and backward)
10 inch worms
10 big and 10 little pogos
10 mountain climbers
10 push ups
30 second bicycle
I got through 2 rounds plus the run and ARM circles of the 3rd.

WOD:
10 hang cleans, 10 burpees. 9 hang cleans, 9 burpees. So on until 1 and 1. I did the cleans at 65#. The burpees we faced the bar, down and up then hopped with 2 feet over the bar and did the next burpee. So on through the finish.
