I loathe the Trill, but today I may have found a way to make it more bearable. I warmed up at 7mph(8:34/mi) for 10 min then proceeded to go 1 min at 9mph (6:40/mi) and 2 min recovery at 7mph for 4 times. Then I did a 5 min cool down at 6.5mph. Plus, the added bonus of being in a climate controlled room versus the 90°+ outside and getting 'er done while the kids were in swim lessons. I was still pouring sweat afterwards.

Climate controlled sweat? Solid performance for a trill run. I find it less challenging to run crazy efforts when indoors like that too.
