All was well after my calf strain from a couple weeks ago. I was back to running (27 miles in the last 9 days) and no pain or soreness until tonight. I did the 100m on, 100 off x 8, no problem. Coach prescribed 10 x 300m for us. I started off well, 60 seconds for the first and 61 for the second. I started to notice the calf soreness coming on. I pushed through 6 total at 59, 60, 59, and 63, then started the 7th one and realized I needed to stop. For now, I'm icing, and gonna take it easy on the running for a couple days.

Sorry to hear that, Matt. Hope you're back at it and injury free soon. I've had lots of calf problems in the past, so if you need any help with stretches or treatments, let me know.
