I've ridden my bike in that area - usually for a longer ride. I used to go out Jones Mille Road and head over that way then turn around. But I don't know of a loop. Where is it exactly?

You are right, that's the area. My running program calls Mormon temple loop to the route along Stoneybrook Dr, Kent St, Old Spring Rd and Beach Dr, we do hills workout there... it's nasty! maybe on a bike is not that bad...
